Almost 2 years and I must say that my experience here has been incredibly positive. Work environment at KOTS is fair and transparent. It has a friendly atmosphere. Got to work there for almost 1 year and I did learn and got to grow my skills and learned bits and pieces regarding the same...But there are some bullies at work due to which I actually had to leave the job... They think they are the only people who are hard working.. They are poking you every now and then. I did try to talk to those people before complaining the HR TEAM but things went downhill.. They would sit right in front of me and backbite about me.. which I was not comfortable about and they still exist in that company after several complaints.. They make you take your confidence..when it comes to helping they will make you listen thousands things.. very unprofessional work environment exist there.. They took my mental peace, sleepless night and overthinking made me leave the job.. Otherwise I was happy with my job role. And The time management...
