Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relations Associate to join our dynamic team at KOTS. As a Customer Relations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining positive relationships with our tenants. You will be the face of our company, offering support, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly and effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Customer Relations:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer.- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.- Providing information and guidance to customer on lease agreements, property rules, and procedures.
2. Issue Resolution:- Handling customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.- Collaborating with maintenance and property management teams to address maintenance requests and repairs promptly.- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department or management.
3. Lease Management:- Assisting customers with lease-related matters, including contract renewals/terminations, and lease agreements.- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date lease records and documentation.
4. Communication:- Inbound and Outbound calls- Chat and email support- Maintaining clear and effective communication with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, andetc.- Keeping customers informed about property updates, policies, and events.
5. Customer Feedback:- Collecting and documenting customers feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhanceoverall tenant satisfaction.- Sharing feedback and suggestions with the management team to implement necessary changes.
6. Administrative Tasks:- Handling administrative tasks related to customer accounts, including billing and payments.- Maintaining accurate customer records and databases.
Skills required :Good communication & comprehension & articulation Call & Email etiquettes Languages - English Mandatory
Qualifications: Ability to set the right expectations with the customers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Structured, well organized, and consistent with work Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
