Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.

A good place to work for in terms of learning. But politics won't be everyone's cup of tea. Colleagues are generally friendly, and job is secure as long as you put in effort in your work.

Dislikes

Work-life balance isn't too good. Night shifts won't be to everyone's liking. There is no guarantee of regular salary increment or performance bonus. There is an issue with the way the salary is paid as well - not everything is put on paper.

Exciting and hectic, can be boring in parts.
