I like to work with women and child development because women play main role in house and society and child is the future of country. There are some problems with women and child in our society.

No salary increment. No promotion as per qualification. No job security. Work life imbalance. No satisfaction. Toxic environment. Less skilled people hired by the department. No learning. No timely salary no conveyance received. Interference by other agencies like DCPCR ,NCPCR. No training program organised by the department for newhires. And neither they provides fund for any activity or we cannot purchase from our end. Because we DCPU haven’t any financial power.
