First of all, the team of manodarpan cell which is leading is very cooperative they guide us time to time and it is very satisfying that we find everyday new situations of people who needs counseling help,we discuss our problems to eachother and with the team also so our learning grow,then we do report to the monitoring team about all types of call.so it is a very important platform for the growth of learning....Read More

Dislikes

Only one thing -callers are not aware about the purpose of helping they use it for any thing and we counselors don't know about everything,if it could be resolve then this platform would more effective and useful and also more authentic.

Work policy: We are assigned with particular time slot like 8 am to 12 pm ,12 pm to 4pm,and 4pm to 8 pm,so the counselor who is working in morning slot may be in office or home.so we it depends on the time slot .
