If you are local and working here the only positive that comes in mind that you are near by to your family and friends, nothing less nothing more than this.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Political interventions, personal rivalries,missuse of power that comes every now and then and disrupts your work life .and most importantly safety of doctors in periphery/rural areas where they get beaten almost on daily basis.
