Denave is a sales company, so for sales point of view its good. culture(except dev team) is good.

Dislikes

Development team is not professional. They are there for years and for a new person it's really tough to survive. Too much involvement of management (VP). Development framework WMF(Workflow management) in which they work, is terrible. Documentation of the framework is not good and very less. Overall experience is very bad. Some members of the development team are highly unprofessional. teammates- average <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> job security- average</mark> career growth- bad salary - on time. appraisal - don't know travel- no politics- high learning- you need to learn their framework with little help.
