There's no work-life balance and the management team does not seem to care about it. They signed a sheet saying night shift employees will work for 8.5 hours only but asked us to log out after 9 hours daily. However, they assigned us projects - without proper training - which took more than 10 hours to get completed. A usual shift spanned around 10-11 hours every day. The career growth is stagnant as I did not see anyone getting promoted in the six months I worked here. People were shifted from one team to another - against their own will. The management, especially an average like manager Natalia Bob Adele, is not adequately trained to handle employees. We cleaned scripts of TV shows and movies to make them usable for the actual video file as subtitles or as reference material for translators.
