This company has less work pressure when compared to other companies.

Dislikes

Management are inhumane, they fire employees as and when they go under loss. Salary is less and hike also. Lot of politics inside, if you are good with your team leads and manager, you are more likely to get good hike and even during crunch situations, if you hold bucket under the team leads, managers, you will be saved.
