Honestly there is nothing much to like. People seem to be working here as they Don’t find jobs elsewhere

The people on managing and director level are manipulating people with upcoming appraisals and making them do overtime with very little money(no extra benefit) its like the more OT you do, there is more chance for you to get bigger appraisal. If you are getting recognition on the main branch level, the seniors will get furious about it. They want to take all credit to themselves and all the errors occurs on production level, they’ll pin on each individual for the rest of the time the serve here making it the reason for not getting promoted or appraised. While joining they all the benefit of meals being served and getting cab service. In reality the food they serve here terrible with cockroaches and bugs inside it. I am not even exaggerating here. Talking about cab service, the travel department act as if they are doing you favour providing you this service. If you miss your cab once or twice they will cancel cab service and you have to beg for it to be resumed on the direct and above level. Also the cab comes super early to pick you up and leaves half hr after your log out time so a lot of waste of personal time here. All the best if you’re joining here new.
