You will be embodied with office politics Toxic environment Incapable individuals are made seniors and managers Every north indian female has ego bigger than her head Toxic AF you will be chucked out without your own knowledge they will stop alloting you work once they know if there is even a tiny mistake they create a huge scene out of a very lil issue such as not punching early n being 2 mins late They have hire n fire policy employee friendliness is 0 there is no team collaboration at all once your trained on your project your left all alone by yourself no one will ever guide you even tho they say they will . the seniors like to see you fail a lot and will not help they say they are there to help but will never help you. The fact that one is associated with this brand ,but the workload is really high . Though we have fixed off on weekends but it's not really off. However ,this also depends on the teams which one is assigned .
