Work from Home option Salary is good, appraisal every year

Dislikes

Zero work life balance. Works gets assigned by random tags on teams, even during weekend or late night. One thing goes wrong, the find a scape goat to blame - most times its a guy who is new or one who doesn't speak much. The company is run by a bunch of bachelors and assume everyone is the same. Every Work comes with unrealistic deadlines - fews hours to max 2 days. Job security is almost non existent....Read More
