They never pay salary on time. Worst company to work with. No professionalism and toxic atmospere to work. You will be asked to sit late for no reason. There is no job security. If you have joined Della then best of luck for your worst time in life.

Working at Della feels like being part of a family where everyone, including the upper management genuinely cares about your well being, both professionally and personally.
