I don't see a single point as of now. This used to be best work life balance org, but not anymore.

The Work-Life Balance is becoming very poor day by day with expectations to work late hours and weekends without compensation, is particularly challenging. Compensation and benefits are below industry standards. The immediate management tends to be retaliative and blame-shifting, which creates a challenging and equally toxic atmosphere<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">., The work culture is dying here, is toxic, pressuring employees to overwork</mark>. The sr managers here get away with everything they are doing.. they manage to keep the executive team out of sight when they ruin your life and get all the perks n promotions for themselves
