Initial days working in team was fun with all the experienced folks and everyone took the work as challenge and learnt a lot in first few years.

I didn't find any growth in the organization. My leadership team are only focusing on hiring freshers and working with them and not even bothering of the experienced candidates ( One example I can give is when I joined the organization I worked with 60+ experienced candidates and all those people left one after the other and currently only freshers are left. This can be because of multiple reasons). Secondly coming to salary part, a fresher is earning more than a experienced candidate and company is not even trying to match the salary but also no proper promotions. 5 years back at the time of my initial training, I was given a proper training with whole technical part and quality of the solution but later on management in now only focusing on quantity than quality of the solution. One word I want to add is the team which I worked on is kind made like a MONOPOLY where if we ask a question you will out of the job one way or the other (there were multiple situations I saw in last 5 years)....Read More

There is nothing to like at all, immediate leaders don't possess software development knowledge and are too much into politics. Too much micromanagement.

Dislikes

No recognition, no compensation hike, no appreciation, too much work pressure, leaders are worst, and too much tracking and micro-managements. Not worth joining the company. All day works and standups including weekends. There is too much pressure at work and there are always very strict and tight deadlines. Zero work-life balance. Downwards learning curve. Good opportunities in Dell EMC data storage domain. Dell has strong vision and planning in data storage domain
