It has all the facilities for an employee like gym,cafeteria,gaming space,events and good friends.

No growth,corporate politics,lots of pressure at work and some management people don't take proper feedback from employee and favour senior manager's.

There is nothing to like at all, immediate leaders don't possess software development knowledge and are too much into politics. Too much micromanagement.

No recognition, no compensation hike, no appreciation, too much work pressure, leaders are worst, and too much tracking and micro-managements. Not worth joining the company.
