At one point in my time at Delivery Centric, I sensed that there was an opportunity for an increase in my pay. I then later let Delivery Centric and the General manager know how I felt and I was surprised with their response. They immediately resolved my issue which gave me a sense of assurance in my job. There wasn't really much to dislike about this place, it's the same as any other work, if you put in the hard yards, you get the rewards for it. It came to a point where my performance started dipping in form and was dipping at a critical time during the worldwide pandemic, so there is no argument or bad blood between myself and the company for parting ways.
