Just as a start for career it is ok. Nothing good and special.

Dislikes

Culture and workplace satisfaction are worst. No new learnings. Just sop are made to be followed. No new learnings. Just work like a slave and also Team leader are forced to go for delivering parcels and that is very frustrating.

Delhivery has vast process and great market network.

Dislikes

Company is good but, In Delhivery there is lot of favouritism at Bhiwandi Hub Maharashtra, people are promoted only on favourite one and for old employees. There is no chance for talent and skill for increment and promotion. If you have well versed in "Tel Malish" you will highly promoted in less time. If you will give 2 years have high performance in every operational manner, you will not able to raise yourself for next level on performance basis. Hence talented employees left their job and old ones remains stuck to pull new talent behind....Read More
