Seniors are decent untill you are working with responsibility. They used to pressurize you if your performance is not up to the mark. Company is providing 1 month hotel accommodation to the new placed students recently those who have joined as a fresher as i have seen this years. There is no bond from company and you have probation period of 6 months.

Dislikes

Working as a team lead at Delhivery is very hectic,stressfull and full of risk because you have to procure every item or product and keep record there which is reaching at your centre and you have to be engaged everytime there. You have to lead a group of approx 30 people at the warehouse which consist of assistant team leader and FE's (field executives which delivers the product door to door). You have to take care of everyone who are absent and dispatch their part of product to those who are present. If any product is missing or lost from your centre then its your responsibility to answer to the higher authority. Working hours are too much hectic. If you have good qualification like B.tech,BCA and MBA then better choose any other field if possible ....Read More

Work life is totally boring if you are from technical field and have good qualification. Because,here employees at lower level are not that much qualified.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
