Gained a lot of experience in a very short span in terms of logistics. The job as TL in Last Mile Operations is challenging, especially when all field work depends on the manpower. It is not really easy to manage every parameter smoothly in Last Mile.

I feel in this company like labour. Manager all time pressurize for target and here work environment is not good. Every day work time 12 to 15 hour without OT.

No anyone support here if you face any problem This company want only work without solve any problem and managers all time scald you. If you want resign then company mark penalty on you.
