Working as a team lead at Delhivery is very hectic,stressfull and full of risk because you have to procure every item or product and keep record there which is reaching at your centre and you have to be engaged everytime there. You have to lead a group of approx 30 people at the warehouse which consist of assistant team leader and FE's (field executives which delivers the product door to door). You have to take care of everyone who are absent and dispatch their part of product to those who are present. If any product is missing or lost from your centre then its your responsibility to answer to the higher authority....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
