Plenty of opportunities to grab. Prove your worth and you go up the ladder.

Full of politics and favoritism. Worst work environment for female employees. Very poor retention policy and compensation.

Thankfully my department heads are very good in terms of providing opportunities, pushing up, helpful in work. I have worked hard and learned alot, not compensated well but it's going ok ok .
