1# No body will provide you a single plateform to learn new things neither you will have any such support from company you will have to learn by yourself. 2# You can not develop your personality as even you are in chinese comp from last 2 years but no facility is here which you could learn their language (chinese), language barrier is big problem because chinese people dont know english. 3# Only earning and zero learning. 4# Encriment is very poor if your salary is 50k inhand than you will get best incriment just 3k while in indian comp it is atleast 6k to 8k 5# They never pramot their old employees if today you are enggineer after 3 years you will be enggineer only even they are much capable than new hired employee for pramoted and higher posts. 6# Chinese deligation dont trust in old employees which demorlise the team that affect his performence. 7# Most of the people dont want to work for long time because of no pramotion and shortage of apportunities....Read More
