Good for beginners, who want learning only. Nothing for middle management, no internal or external training provide to you. Heaven for HR professionals.

Complete HR driven company, no one help or support you if you have an issue with HR. Increments and variable pay will be given to you in Dec and Jan of next instead of May or June. Even OT of the technician has not approved for 2 to 3 months, which also affect work. Irony is your KRA has been linked with employee engagement survey 🙄, if you downgrade the survey means if you provide right details, your KRA will automatically affected adversely. Zero work life balance, high attrition rate without any bench strengths, keep you engaging in take work new person and manwhile guide and support him.
