Some teammates are very good but some of worst, training are just for formalities,no job security, career growth is too slow and there no relation between talent and career growth salary is enough good, travel facility are also too poor then also you should pay for that, there are politics of promotion, salary increment, work environment is good for initial state of career but not good for permanent settlement, there is inovation in terms of only politics, there is no balance between your life and job , whenever company need you should present....Read More
