No freedom to take decisions even upper management do not have authority to take decisions, industry lowest increment, Promotion takes 5-8 years, no resources provided on time, man or material, always keep fighting for same, even follow up for PR update is Engineer’s responsibility, they do nit bother even , Always keep person in pressures, overloded work which is nit even required, very less manpower and even overtime does not come on time, variable pay is not paid on time delayed by more than 8-10 months, injustice to technical people HR people can join or leave whenever they want while all rule apply to technical and mid to low level...Read More

There is no interest in working because the salary is very low compared to the work. And The salary of the company is low for the people who have been working loyally for the last four to five years.

Company prepares policies but who doesn't follow them, if new people join they don't follow existing policy their new policy bring you and don't pay timely in salary increment and variable salary.

I am working in Electrical Department as ITI Apprentice. Good transport facilities for Employes. Department Manager and tecnician are supportive and I like to work in challanging and DFPCL Environment.
