Everything ti dislike, from HR to their policies and to strict in out timings. No appraisal on time which can be delayed by nearly a year(non-covid time). HR harasses people. Fully HR dominant company. Mr. Shailesh Mehta should appoint someone who can bring DFPCL to glory. It has all the potential to flourish but the only big hurdle is the management and over dominant HR and the power in one hand HR head(incapable). Should hire HR from prominent institutes. No fixed policy, policy varies with management relationship, no fixed policy about increment i.e. increment varies with relationship with manager not with ratings, ratings also change while the increment letter issued i.e. if in afternoon you see you are in goodratings but at evening while the letter released then you may find that your rating goes to avarage. There is no clarification about that happening. The work culture is like North Korean culture.
