You are free to explore your design, learn to grow, experiment with materials. Your work is recognised and appreciated. The directors are very supportive. Despite of work pressure, there is always a breakout time to chill with everyone at the company.

There is nothing I dislike. Everyone starts from zero, not only to increase the number of zero's behind the number (1-9); but also to gain satisfaction in executing best, beautiful and comfortable dream homes of customers.
