Nothing to like, nothing to learn, except that avoid the firm in future.

Everything, from management who can't fulfill basic requirements of product delivery to site, incompetent factory, bad quality products with no finishing, customer shouting at the employees always due to bad quality and finish products, incompetent designs which changes even at the final installation stage, project delay due to above factors, and on top of that; management will fire you whenever they wish. Extremely hectic, forget family time as you will be burden with so much work and pressure that you will not have time to even think about family. On top of that, be ready to be thrown out of the firm any next day.
