First and foremost, the safety standards in Deccan are exceptional, instilling us with complete confidence in our work. The manufacturing plants operate with full automation. Management is committed to supporting top talent and consistently encourages our input.

Dislikes

Deccan tuni site only possess locational disadvantage as surviving in humid climate is challenging for employees. Apart from that it really depends on how you take things in company.

Technology is very good. I didn't find such an infrastructure in any other company till now. They spend more money on equipment.

Dislikes

The HR dept is the worst part of Deccan. It's not helpful at all. They don't see us like employees also. They don't know how to talk even. No work life balance. No work culture. No proper food also. (Curries qty is also limited, I have never seen such thing in any other company).

HR policies,work culture. Its mini KGF. Daily 1 hr extra we will work which is not accounted. Appraisal is the worst. It's not decided on your contribution towards organisation!!

Excellent organisation to work for freshers as well as experienced candidates. Process safety at all plants is at par with any Fortune 500 European company. Good Canteen and transport facility is provided by the company.

Very bad management. There is a lot of dirty politics. If someone passes information to the manager, they get a higher salary hike. A group has formed, and they don’t allow others to stay. Zero benefits except for the salary. Terrible HR policies. The HR team ignores terms and conditions, applying them inconsistently from one employee to another.

Poor HR polices. HR policies are stuck in 1900's Worst food Worst management and politics All the good employees are resigning what's left in this company is scrap batch. If you want to be part of this scrap batch you can join. They are staying in this company because they can't get jobs out side
