There is nothing that one can like about working there. It was terrible workplace with endless politics and favorism. Seniors used to hire people they knew from school and college and used to promote them. DO NOT EVER JOIN DECATHLON AS AN EMPLOYEE.

EVERYTHING! It is a terrible work place. No work life balance. No peace of mind. No respect from fellow employees. The deserving candidate never got a promotion but instead the one who knew senior managers did. DO NOT EVER WORK AT DECATHLON.

Being a decathlete i will always miss the work culture inside the store at sgs decathlon.... practicing one's passion along with work was the best thing one can experience

The politics is so immense even to the point of the heads of states. Example in Greater Noida Store, a mass resignation is seen in few months, no one has even laid focus why. The new store leader has brought all the people he likes or are close to him. People like Shivani Soni, who are not capable of a thing are coach and people like Abhijeet Das and Shubham Dey are told to be incompetent.
