There are many things to like about this company (I was working with Decathlon Khelgaon, New Delhi) as it operates in a different style than other retail companies, following are a few * No boundaries in top level and lower level management which is a great setup for utmost transparency among colleagues. * A lot of roles to play at individual levels, that obviously makes you good at multi tasking and subliminally helps you figure out what you are actually good at, also on the other hand it helps to determine your weakness areas as well * You are allowed to make mistakes, there should'nt be anything stopping you from trying, either by fear of failures or judgement. * Good and very Helpful trainings...Read More
