Everything from start to end i ended up learning about people, work ethics and developed my social skills. opportunities are very often and if you get to work on them you will be gifted with all sort of wisdom from it . never worked in a company with such work environment as decathlon

Dislikes

decathlon employees , its always the problem in people not the company . nepotism was on point and no matter your hard work you will not grow unless you become someone's personal butler pointing out on higher position holders . you will be chosen second over the liked people for everything related to growth also . but that's just another challenge to overcome the odds and prove yourself anyhow. i have seen people on much higher position where they don't even deserve to be a part-timer...Read More

The Attitude and team spirit of team mates. Freedom to speak and make decisions. Opportunity to grow. Me being the only woman team mate never felt insecure. I was always welcomed and motivated to take new responsibility.

Dislikes

We willingly wlget into the spirit of decathlon and never realise we are missing on our personal life. Plus it is difficult to manage your leaves during holidays.
