I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. The Managers is India are comfortable and easy to work with.

Dislikes

There is no appraisal/hike mechanism in this company. Everthing is controlled in US.If anyone raises voice the management would fire that employee. The management tries to force fit everything on an employee be it workload,policies etc.They are not open to feedback. Too much micro management from the Top level. They have a tool which tracks time in the system :no matter how good your perform and if this tool shows less working hours you will have to give several explanations and will be treated badly. After Solera take over, Everything is changed. Only adavantage is wfh and nothing else. No hike and bonus for 2 years no proposal. If you don't have any other offer and last is this, then you can join. Still try to search for other companies after getting.
