I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

The Managers is India are comfortable and easy to work with.

Dislikes

There is no appraisal/hike mechanism in this company. Everthing is controlled in US.If anyone raises voice the management would fire that employee. The management tries to force fit everything on an employee be it workload,policies etc.They are not open to feedback. Too much micro management from the Top level. They have a tool which tracks time in the system :no matter how good your perform and if this tool shows less working hours you will have to give several explanations and will be treated badly.
