First and foremost thing is, you can directly speak up with the head of department or even directly to senior management. It is quite easy to communicate any inconvenience being caused and the policies and processes are improving day by day. This bank is a small private sector bank where the growth is available in all means. It is better for the people starting their career. Also it is required the experienced persons to lead the bank in right way. A combination of the same is already persisting now and will be there for good. It is not a dislike but improper functions and processes. It is fact that bank is a growing but, I personally believe that it is not happening at a larger level or even I may not know. Work Details

Work is repetitive but audit is never a boring work because of its implicit thrills. Other things at work like supervisor, work place and eminities provided.. it is an average response from me. Work pressure is very low when you compare with other banks.

(all feedback is during my 2 year work period from Feb 2011 - May 2013) - Nice, affable colleagues - Good opportunity to grow since the bank had a new CEO and there were plans to make the bank grow in size and profitable.

- Poor job security as employees in sales were made to work/perform with job threats - Sales Executives, Liabilities (the primary acquisition team) were sacked back-end. Their names being struck of the payroll. This happened on few occasions without informing the Line Managers - Rampant politics as structure was very much flat with not much of layering. So powers were wrested in the hands of few who were a small coterie. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> - HR was existing just for namesake, salary processing, leave management and nothing that worked in the favour of employees</mark> (I experienced this during my tenure.
