Its worlds No 1 logistics delivery solution company. No forced extended hours, No one can force for extra hours as it's German company.

India office do not hire IT on their payroll. All the IT guys are 3rd party payroll. They promise while hiring that they will treat as permanent employees and just payroll will be 3rd party as it's company policy but that's not reality. 3rd party employees do not get same treatments as their permanent employees get. Top management for IT is totally NonIT as they were in operations before IT was started and they do not have any IT background, so they force illogical and unrealistic decisions. No proper planning they allow, they think that development could be done directly in Production and if it failes then you are responsible. When they hire they do not ask proper technical questions and they just see your CV. If they think that your communication is fine according to them then they will hire you. Later they will force you to do every kind of work, even they will give development to a Non IT background person and support job to a Developer. WorkiNh hours are illogical and No transportation or travelling allowance they give. They can put your in 2 AM shift and if you are in a rotational shift then it can change every week and any day of week. Even after evey 2 days they can rotate....Read More

Company hire employees on contract and whenever they feel they kick out their employees by just terminating the contract befire time and simply saying you are not on roll employee you are on third party...the worst experience ever with DB Schenker. In this situation when company should help employees and be with them the way employees were with them in hard times also. And then they ask employees to forcefully resign and give them a threat that if you will not resign we will not support you in your background verification and HR’s over there are so mean and there behaviour is pathetic....Read More

No perks no benefits. Work culture is pathetic. They just say its mon-fri 9hours but make employees work more than that. The support at this time also didn’t happen. The company is worst place to work. The employees at hire level take advantage of people working under them. They do not behave properly with them. Not even talking to them properly. Depends how close are you to HR head. No interaction with staff. HR never bothered that Atleast a staff given legimate inflation hike. I worked for 15 years without a single rupee increase whereas I was all over India signatory n looked after all India basis customs clearance CHA lic. Very poor team building. HR useless.
