New/Current leadership of Expeditors Delhi brings in great values like; 1. Toxic work environment 2. Excessive corporate politics 3. Lack of equal opportunities for all employees. 4. High levels of favortism. 5. Money centeic approach. 6. Lack of vision. 7. Lack of focus on employee skills and career developement. 8. Closed door policies.

Earlier it was a company to definitely be a part of and learn and grow but now with the new leadership of Delhi district it's a far fetched idea.

The culture is simply great and hope it lasts that way with the new Management. Job Security is an amazing factor however that seems to be dissolving with time.

Dislikes

Dictative local management, one sided management communication, Local management is not open for ideas and others opinion. With time there has been a major surge in office politics. No grooming or efficient career growth for employees with skills as the managements pets are considered above them. It's not the same company it was a few years back, back then it was a great place to learn and execute and your good work is what mattered i/o flattery and licking skills. The local management sucks, specially the DM who thinks he is above all and knows everything and is certainly not a leader and nor a team player....Read More
