Nope. even if you ask for a single hour's leave during COVID-19 lockdown, you will get a warning message from your CTO.

The work pressure is very high. you have to work here as a slave. Management doesn't care for your health, they only meant by their unstructured work as to be completed by any hook or crook. You won't receive any appreciation from the US team, as they understand that the Indian team doesn't work properly. They underestimate the India Software Team. They always keep a close eye on your desktop by CCTV, if you open any other link than the coding window, you will fire on the spot....Read More

No work life balance only work work work whether it is Saturday or Sunday. They simple come online and at EOD and give call, the requirement were discuses on calls and you will get some piece of of tickets as a requirement and you have to build on that basis. If you face any doubt during development in day time then by friend you are lost and and wasting your hole day doing wrong thing and at the end of the day during team call they simply scold you make you feel you don't understand the requirements it's your problem and they make your life miserable. and last not the least they will pay you nice but beware of that it is a big conspiracy you will know after joining.
