1)Company should not appreciate to employee for there improvement, achievements Because of "Appreciation is leads to work with more dignity" 2)Company have not done salary increments from last 3 to 4 years 3) Canteen , Pantry facility not provided by company at least they should offer tea to all staff 4) Company should should be doemployee appraisal every year 5) Company not provide any monthly , yearly awards to employee and staff , it's necessary to motivate all operators and employees to work forever with positive attitude. 6) Employee is the good Asets of organization so organization also to do good for employee's...Read More
