Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The company is adopts latest technology. It has a government client base. I love the company's setup.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good and growth is also very slow. There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is pain sometimes. Also, managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, that's why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. The work pressure is very high on regular basis.
