My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. All the people Including 1) HR 2) Reporting Manager 3) Delivery Manager they all are highly pathetic They will put you in a situation with all the unnecessary things, will start pointing out your small mistakes (e.g spelling mistakes in emails ) and giving these reasons they will put you on PIP and eventually will ask you to leave the organization. Means they dont have any long projects they will hire you for some specific time period ( Max months ) and will terminate you in a day.
