Worked for 4Years as Senior Developer, Found out Interns and Juniors were getting paid more. WFH(2 days a week) only if you are on good terms with manager/lead. Nepotism Favoritism is off the chars here. Expect no or Delayed Help from HR. Garbage Development Process with no clear requirement (Eventually Dev/QA will be blamed)
