Good executives / leaders steering the company Good location and office upkeep Good marketing initiatives

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Lacks attention from its promoters… Culture - not friendly for performers / bias prevails in form of favouritism… Due to old processes, feels like a government company at times, needs serious overhauling of all internal processes and tech stack (HRMS, IT etc).. Reactive HR.. lacks initiatives to engage employees.. No townhalls.. No Executive engagement with employees at lower strata..

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
