Though its a new company but due to proper management and work environment, the company has seen a lot of growth in its graph. The work culture is excellent and you don't get additional pressure from the management. Every one is responsible for their part of job and the management makes sure that they provide proper environment for their employees to do their activities.

Dislikes

There isn't anything bad about the company. Being a private job, one is accountable for his work and its the duty of the employees to do it properly.

Work Details

Being a Manager I have to come up with new systems that can be helpful for the upliftment of the work culture in the company. So, it gets hectic sometimes but most of the time it is quite easy going.
