I joined the company as Trainee Content Developer. The work culture is really good and growth oriented. The directors and managers are supportive. 1. The 6 months content training provided here is really good and I learned how content rank on Google. 2. Seniors and editors are helpful and easily approachable. Editors are highly skilled. 3. Worked with high volume clients and good brands. 4. Company CEO provides detailed training to employees to boost performance and motivate. 5. Frequent small office events, picnic and team outings are organized at office. 6. I have also earned incentives and amazon vouchers on good performance. 7. Every company has some demerits. 1. The work volume is low for first 5 to 6 months, then it increases. 2. Low Increment is given this year. 3. No extra work from home is approved.

They have hybrid system of work, which is a good thing. Also, the leave policy seems fair and transparent.

This is going to be long.
