They have hybrid system of work, which is a good thing. Also, the leave policy seems fair and transparent.

This is going to be long. The work culture is toxic, favoritism is clear towards some people who like to butter their way in, the directors are either biased or completely aloof when it comes to making decisions, some unworthy people hold high positions and can be create difficulties even for good writers. Started working since mid-July of 2023. Joined after working as in b2b field sales for almost a year. What I really liked about this company is that there is no in-fighting in the business team. Everyone works here as a team. Even when the CEO speaks with us, he always emphasizes sales targets and goals in reference to the team as awhole. If you can pull your own weight here, there is no micro-management from your seniors. Another thing I like about working here is the flexible timings. Office opens from 8:30AM-8:30 PM, you can clock in anytime as long as you can put your 9 hours in. The CEO, is highly invested in teaching the writing staff about the projects and their impact for them as well as their clients.
