On job training is good but without any assistance and immence pressure from day one is really bad. Carrier growth is very slow and un steady, even though some one is very good at work. Salary and compensation is not at all depended on work and knowlagde, its all about luck at the time of appraisal. Innovation is only word but has no significance here. New ideas are not at all welcomed neither allowed to think in Danieli India Limited but when it comes about other country branches, very much appriciated.
