You are not getting oportunity based on your talent. Those who know to please the bosses are growing more here, because managers are king here in danfoss. HR has no interaction with employee regading career growth or any other issues. All the managers run their department like king, they take complete benifit of company policies andwhen it comes to employee turn to take benifit they will cry about rules regulations & budget. Managers have budget to arrange drink parties but they don't have money for employees. It is worst that big part of your CTC is blocked as STI for full yearand if you leave the company anytime before April of the year you will not get a single rupee from that money. And also they are crediting leave balance yearly once in April so that is another loss for people who leaves company before April, whatever leave he earned through the year, he will not get it paid in his Full and final amount. " So Big Losses for People Leaves other then April month." They must improve this to make "Reliver" as their brand ambessedors....Read More
