Management is having an outlook for change and adopting new technologies.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

It was running unstructured way and employees were not accountable for their job. Everyone is in the habit of working directly with the Directors. Proper evaluation is not done of employees.

Skill development - Bad
Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Good for all. But I am unable to deliver as per my job profile, position and calibre coz I have to ensure entry level clerical work. No support from the team.
