Dear All, I want to share my horrible experience in Damodar Ropeways and Infra Ltd. I had joined the company in 3rd of September 2021 as a PA to MD. When I had joined the company they are constructing their new office in Constantia building. They had posted me their to look after the construction work. After completing the new office and every thing was done, they told me at the end of month of February 2022 that you are fired because of poor or under performance, I asked the Hr - what poor or underperformed performance. She showed me very little and silly cause, that doesn't make any sense to sack me from My job. Actually they need a lady Executive Assistant and hire me for the new office construction. They have no right to play with my career and emotions. Their is no job security in this company. I curse the company they will pay for it. They also force me to write with signatured my own resignation letter....Read More
